Family Eye Clinic

I am a returning customer and will continue to be. I've had my exams done by Dr. Lee and highly recommend her. I chose a pair of Oakley titanium frames for my new prescription. Lightweight but sturdy, i hardly notice I'm wearing them. After a few days of wearing my new glasses I wasn't sure if my eyes weren't adjusting to my new prescription lenses so they had me stop in and looked at them for me. New lenses were made and I feel like I was given new eyes. I'm so happy with my new glasses. And so thankful for all the kind friendly customer service I've always received. True professionals in their trade and that's why I return and highly recommend Family Eye Clinic in Federal Way. Thank you all!

My eye exam was very thorough. They explain what they were checking each step of the exam. I'm diabetic and it's very important to be checked each year. The Dr. gave me a comparison of previous exams. The Dr. and staff are very pleasant.

Dr. Jackson and the staff were great! I stopped by as a walk-in and they were super accommodating and got me in pretty quickly. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the whole visit was smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good local eye clinic!

The staff are friendly and efficient, and Dr Jackson takes the time to fully understand my conditions and provides an excellent prescription to meet my vision needs.

I've been coming here for over a decade and should've written a review before now, but here's what sparked me to post one: I came in today to retrieve my new glasses and, unfortunately, the kind young lady with the cool tattoos came out and showed me that they had broken in transit. It was merely the solder that came loose from the frame to the arm. She said "let me go see if we have this on the wall and we can switch out the lenses so you can at least have these as a stand in till I can rush reorder you a new pair". Low and behold there was a backup and I was able to leave out the door with my "new" borrowed frames! I was worried because I was going on vacation in a little over a week and this gal came in clutch! Shoutout to the customer service here! Not to mention Dr. Lee also has amazing customer connections...we spent a good amount of time talking about Disneyland while she looked straight into my eyes lol. Never a bad experience here and I 1000% recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have some eye issues that he has diagnosed in a short period of period and found solutions for the issue. I highly recommend Family Eye Clinic.

Dr was fantastic. She explained everything to me. I felt cared for. She never rushed me. Actually spent time with me , went over how to use my progressive lens. The whole experience was fantastic. My husband seen how great it was and signed up for an appointment himself.
