The providers, particularly Dr. Davoudi are wonderful and attentive. However, the practice of stacking patients 20 deep in the waiting room for over an hour for what amounts to 10 or 15 minutes of ACTUAL care is awful. They could stand to manage this end of things better.

I was disappointed in the service. I checked in early. I was called back after about 15 minutes for eye pressure and pics. I was taken to the examination room at the exact time of my appointment and waited 35 minutes without any communication about the hold up. After alerting staff that I had been waiting, one of the staff came to the room and I explained I the length of time waiting. She was not effective in resolving my complaint and suggested that my long wait was because of arriving early. It turned into an ugly exchange by the staff, and she suggested the manager needed to speak to me. Apart from arriving 33 minutes before my check-in time, I waited an additional 35 minutes in the examination room before alerting staff that no one checked in on me to give me an update on the appointment delay. This was gross oversight and lack of communication on part of management and staff. The physician finally came and the amount of time with her was less than ten minutes in the room with me.

I really dont think I've ever had a more pleasant experience at a Dr appt. And im getting a needle put into my eyeballs evey time i go there. The receptionist is always present and the nurses also and my Dr's. Cute too to top it all off .

Very friendly staff and Dr. Only complaint is that no one warned me about the after effects of dilation. The particular drops they had to use in my eyes resulted in me seeing halos around all lights for the next eight hours. It's a good thing my wife was with me or I would've been unable to drive home. I was not given a warning that that might be the case
