I have worked with both of the doctors here for my eyes and they are both very professional and friendly. They truly care for their patients and don't force you to pay more than you can afford which I appreciate. I go to get my annual eye exam due to my diabetes. To schedule an appointment with them is very easy too, I was able to do it online quick and easy. My eye exams do not take longer than the amount shown on their scheduling. Plus they will even take you in a bit earlier if they are able to! The receptionist and the other staff members are very professional and friendly too. The space is organized and clean as well. They seem to have quite the gallery of glasses that you can peruse. Overall a great location that accepts Medicaid, which is very helpful.

5 stars for Dr. Nguyen! Attentive Listening: She didn't rush and made sure all my concerns were heard. Thorough Care: The exam was comprehensive, and the solutions she provided were spot on. Insurance Guidance: She proactively shared ways to make the most of my vision insurance, which was extremely helpful. Professionalism: Efficient, approachable, and professional from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Dr. Chikwinya at Federal Way Vision Center. Probably one of the best optometry experiences I've ever had. He was very kind, explained everything thoroughly, listened to my concerns, and was able to provide good guidelines of practice. He also just seemed like such a joyful person. The clinic was also able to provide samples of different types of contacts and some clearcare solution. All of the staff at the clinic are very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend visiting for any optometry needs you have. I will definitely be back next year!

I am so happy I found this eye care center. Both Doctors for my contact lenses and glasses were caring and patient. Answered all my questions and assisted me with making an informed decision. I love how clean and sanitary the office is.

Dr. Nguyen is the best. She was very attentive to my needs. Explained my issues and needs in great detail. She shows that she really cares about her patients and has great interpersonal skills. I look forward to seeing her next year!

Dr Chin's re-exam was very thorough and knowledgable - it's been 5 years since my last. The eyeglass techs are also helpful and professional. Great selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. As always, a very positive experience.
