The docs here chef kiss. She made sure I was super comfortable answered all my questions and once I informed her of my anxiety she understood and made sure to fully explain everything to me.. There are two things that can improve the check in machine is not patient friendly at ALL. And also the front desk ppl are the first contact with the company it should be more professional and great customer service should be the goal. They set the mood for the company. But the docs great job.

Dr Seefeldt is phenomenal! Absolutely trust her with my vision. If you are having issues, do yourself a favor and see her. Most surgeons restored me to 90-95 percent at best, Dr Seefeldt brought me back to well over 100%!! I consider myself fortunate to be her patient.

The staff are very professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The clinic staff and Dr. Frederickson took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. The service was quick, thorough, and very organized. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality eye care!

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Evergreen Eye Center for eye surgery. This is a quality organization, including everyone from schedulers, reception, care staff and the doctors/surgeons. Everyone I encountered was kind, efficient, and extremely caring. Post surgery I had a bit of a scare, and the scheduler found me a quick appointment to see Dr. Guo who was absolutely excellent checking my eye and explaining what was happening within. My surgeon, Dr. Tester and his assistant kept me well informed, what to expect and what was coming up next during the procedure. I'm very happy with this entire experience, and the results so far have been over-delivered. Thanks to all at Evergreen Eye Center for taking excellent care of me!

I had a great experience at Evergreen Eye Center yesterday. Very impressed with the promptness of the entire process. I received a thorough eye exam and then had a consultation with the Dr. My only disappointment was to not have a written summary document showing the results of all tests and results. Hoping to yet receive this by text or email.

My first visit to Evergreen Eye Center went very well. I was admitted on time and the eye checks went smoothly and quickly. The wait to see the Doctor was short and very informative. I was pleased with the information I received and all my questions were answered.

Everyone is so very caring. Dr. Hefferman is such a good doctor. He did a good job and he even called the following day to follow up checking if am alright. It was very nice of him to call and check.
