I've always had adjustments done at the Tacoma location and they always have great customer service. This last time an employee accidentally cracked the lense while adjusting my sunglasses. The employee was adamant she did not cause the damage (no longer working at Tacoma location to my knowledge)
Jule manages both of these locations and she handled everything so professionally and efficiently. She went above and beyond and had Phil waiting with a brand new pair that day. Phil was also very professional and kind.
I beyond impressed with her effort to maintain excellent customer service.

My wife bought her frames there a few years ago. Over the weekend, she dropped her glasses, a lens popped out, and the piece of what looks like fishing line holding it in place had broken.
We took them in on a Sunday. They got right to them and got them back the next day. When we went to pick them up, they didn't just hand them to us; they wanted to be sure the fit was correct and everything adjusted as it should be before letting us out the door.
Nice people, quick service and an impressive selection of frames. VERY pleased we chose to do business with them!

I thank the optometrist (Ann ) for looking at me and everyone else, but I want to give a special shout out to Taylor for making me wait three hours the more necessary and not only did you lie to me but to her team stating that my glasses would be done same day and they are not It's funny that I went to a optometrist. They know that I can't see but yet you ( Taylor ) gave me false of sense. Hope so now I have to drive in the dark without my glasses and I can't see thank you so much.
