Europe Eye Clinic

I have a neck Injury/Disability that Restricts all upward/downward motion of my neck. I Never Knew how rude and un accommodating eye clinics can be in 2025 to people with disabilities. Fortunately i found Europe eye clinic. They assured me the would work with me over the phone and surely they did. I couldn't use any of their normal medical devices. The Doctor had to pull out a personal portable suitcase with her mobile equipment she had used while on a humanitarian mission in Africa that was full of lenses and a set of headgear that can fit on anyone with disabilities. She went above and beyond in helping me gain my sight again. Thank you so much. This eye clinics is highly recommended in my book and they accept state Molina and Providerone. 6+ stars

I was unsure of what coverage I had through my insurance, and what kind of glasses that I wanted to purchase. Sophia was awesome getting my information and explaining my benefits for frames. Nicole then explained to me my options for lenses, providing me with all the info I needed to make a decision. She did an awesome job of explaining the different features I could add on, and helped me narrow down my search for frames based on my preferences, while also helping me to make sure I picked something that fit my face well. This was so much better of an experience than all 4 other places I went to price stuff out at. I highly recommend coming here. They will treat you well and get you what you need to be able to see clearly. And they'll do it all while still making sure to help you get something sharp and stylish! Thanks Sophia and Nicole!

I went in for an Exam with Dr Hung. The staff was professional Dr Hung was wonderful. Lorie was really nice. Took the time to explain how important it is, to wear my glasses. Also helped me pick out a really cute frame cause I had no idea what looked good on me. From what Dr.Hung said I need them pretty bad. I had not had an Exam in years. I recommend that office to everyone. 100% wonderful all the way around. Hard to find an office like this. Very friendly

I've been coming here since I was a kid and doctor Lee is always great! Sophia is very kind and friendly always takes the time to explain everything to you in a way you can understand.

First eye exam in nearly 6 years. I've always hated eye exams due to bad doctors as a kid but the doctor here made me feel so relaxed. Didnt even judge me for having very scratched up lenses. Explained everything to me and suggested some options for lens types. The guy that helped me pick our frames was also very helpful with explaining my health insurance coverage and helping me pick up framed that looked good. Over all a wonderful experience!!

Great service! Service desk makes you feel like your their friend. Doctor likes to share his knowledge and is very kind. They even gave me new hardware in my old glasses for free!!! Great prices with additional discounts. I highly recommend this place.

I really wanted to give this place a good review. I was seen mid-November and still don't have my glasses. With Covid, that's not enough of a reason to give a 3 star review because I know times are tough. I do wish that there was more communication (without me calling to check) by letting me know what is happening in real time. My average review comes because I felt very disconnected from the optician. I tried very hard to communicate with him multiple times while I waited for my appt. I wanted to know what glasses my insurance covered so that I could look at styles while I waited. I felt like I was pulling teeth to get him to engage. After my appt, it was the same way. I don't know if there was a communication barrier, or what, but there was no warmth or interest shown in helping me. Second, I waited an hour to see the doctor. I was the last patient of the day. I get it, she was probably stressed out, but that came out on me. I asked her a few questions and she referenced that there wasn't "time" because it was so late. I wanted to retort that it was late because I sat in the office for an hour. I felt a great sense of urgency that she was trying to leave. However, I did trust that she knew what she was doing , which was comforting. I just felt rushed and like I had to make decisions on what to do without having some space to think or ask questions. Upon leaving the exam office, I was still trying to get answers and she already had her coat on and was leaving in a rushed way. I know people have lives and stress is real. I am not blaming her, but the impact was that it left me feeling frustrated, especially since I was seen an hour late. After leaving the exam office and meeting again with the optician, I did not feel like he was at all intrested in helping me. The one bright spot? The front desk gal was efficient and seemed to know her stuff. It can be hard to get through via phone, but they do seem to call back. As of today, their voicemail is garbled and hard to understand. Holding out hope that this gets better. I would try again, because I like to give second chances.

My children and I all go to Dr. Lee . He's the most thorough and kind optometrist I've ever seen. He takes the time to ask questions and work towards getting the most accurate prescription possible. I highly recommend him.
