Front staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains things plainly. He is very thorough and takes time with his patients eye health/care. The Optician was very kind and informative. Highly recommend this clinic! I have never EVER felt rushed or uncared for here as I have at other clinics.

The entire staff from pre-appointment coordination to in-person visit were warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am absolutely pleased making the choice with Family Eye Clinic as my new provider (although this is technically a return after 20 years ago being a family patient of Dr Jackson). Dr Lee was meticulous and demonstrated phenomenal patient care. Top notch service and professionalism with this establishment. Easy to access location with plenty of parking, exceptionally organized, new equipment, and clean facilities. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience at Family Eye Clinic as always. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early, but I was seen by the Optometry Assistant immediately. She took pictures of my retinas and Dr. Jackson performed a very thorough examination and explained everything very clearly. They gave me my optical prescription, but there had been no change since he examined me last year, so I didn't have to buy new glasses. Kudos to Dr. Jackson and his staff for a well run practice and a very pleasant patient experience.
