Twin Lake Vision Clinic has been an excellent fit for my family. I started as a patient there before Dr. Mast took over and I'm so happy I continued my eye care with them. Dr. Mast is amazing and took great care of my eyes through two pregnancies. Her staff is just as wonderful and very knowledgeable on how insurances work. Now my daughter is a patient and I would not take her anywhere else. Thank you so much for professionalism, kindness and care!
Since the moment I stepped in to the Clinic, I noticed that, everyone was a professional. I was impressed for the quality of service they provide, they tell you what they are going to do and why. And they explain to you what that means and why is important, they listen to you, and if, you have any questions they answer you the best way possible. Once they ran all the examinations they tell you about your prescription Glasses in my case, I needed them. They take the time for you to choose your prescription glasses type, they answer your questions, to the point of being satisfied. Once you get your prescription Glasses, they give you a reasonable time to take and see if you are happy with it. If your prescription glasses need any adjustment, you can take it back and they will...fix it for you at no charge, no questions asked. You just let them know what you need and they will do it for you. I considered this very important, you are not just another number, they provide an excellent service with the human touch, why? They wanted to make sure you are totally satisfied...
Thanks
Dr Mast is a very knowledgeable optometrist. The office staff makes insurance claims extremely easy. When filling eye glass prescriptions, the lab that they use is always able to fill any type of prescription, with different frame options. I also like the selection of eye glass frames that are available at the office. I have been going to the Twin Lakes Vision Clinic since the 1980s. When Dr Mast took over the practice in 2014, the quality and excellent service continued, which is why I still use them for my eye care needs.
Was recommended this place by my primary physician. Soonest appointment was several weeks out, but decided to book it anyways. Filled out the required insurance and other information for them, except for the complete medical history, including family history, that has little to do with the eyes (part of the form I've attached).
They texted and called me several times demanding that I finish it. I'm not going to do a complete family history for an initial eye exam.
Not doing that. Canceled appointment, will find an eye doctor that doesn't demand a complete medical history to see if I need glasses
Notice there are only 15 reviews when most companies have way more when they've been around for years. Reason this place doesn't is because their glasses turn green their lenses scratch up The supposed scratch resistance peals off over time (has happened multiple times and glasses were replaced once after i steadily complained. first time it happened i had only had the glasses about 7months they apologized said it was a fluke and replaced them so the excuse that I've had them over a year isn't valid either. ) they will not replace your glasses they will just give the run around and if it's your first time wearing glasses you might actually think the cheap protectant coming off over time was your fault. Been wearing glasses since i was two never ever had these type of issues until i stopped going to lens crafters and started going here. They may offer you a discount on frames. They may smile and appear friendly but that's to seek you cheap glasses. Wait until you see the ACTUAL quality of the lenses and frames and then you'll wish you listened to this review even though it will be too late and you'll be hundreds of dollars out. I spend about $350 to $400 i could have paid about a hundred more and got better quality which now I'll be forced to do anyway. Once again been wearing glasses all my life played contact sports and everything was way more rough on my glasses then my adult self who even puts them in a case. So not my first pair not new to this. Hope i helped you save some cash.

As a busy healthcare professional, I do not always remember to take care of my health as I deal with my patients concerns daily and 3 busy clinics. I ran out of contact lenses last month and had no more refills as it was time for my exam. I called the clinic and they gave me the one contact that I needed to hold me over until the visit next month. Unfortunately the contact got weaker this week and my head was hurting from straining my eyes. I called the clinic and they gave me another contact lense to last me till my visit in a couple of weeks. They went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. This is what great service looks like. I will be a patient here till am old and Grey. Thank you Twin lakes Vision Clinic staff!
Dr. Phillips..;)
I have never been so pleased after a visit to the eye doctor, especially for a teenager. Dr. Mast was so caring and sweet! She really took her time with my daughter who is very anxious around doctors. This was a great visit and I'm looking forward to having them care for my family's eye care needs in the future.
Twin Lakes Vision Clinic treated me better than I deserved. I had previously been to a big chain that processed me like a dead fish. These ladies gave me a thorough eye examination, including taking pictures of the back of my eyeballs. The doctor took the time to really figure out what I needed for a prescription. They also let me know that the glasses I had purchased from the big chain were under warranty and I could get new lenses for them.
I went and got the new lenses and see much more clearly with the glasses TLVC sold me than what the chain store sold me.
I don't generally write reviews, but there's such an obvious difference here, I feel compelled to tell everybody. Oh, and it's easy to get to and easy to park.
