First time coming here for my glasses and contact prescription, and it was easily the best decision I have made. I called around and was quoted nearly twice as much elsewhere. In the past, getting my prescription has taken over an hour, but here I was in and out. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Pham was amazing. This is officially my new optometrist.

I had a great experience with Dr Pham. He is excellent at communication-everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. He's very honest and genuinely cares about what's best for your eyes. I also really appreciate that my appointment started right on time. It's rare to find a provider who's so professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Don't bother making an appointment if you work full time and can't call them back to confirm your appointment within their business hours. Not only did they cancel my appointment without letting me know, but they let me check in for the canceled appointment, let me wait for 45 min before coming over to tell me that they had given my appointment to someone else cause it was never confirmed. No apologies. Will be going elsewhere.

Always had great appointments. Dr. Pham is friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to answer my many questions. However, didn't appreciate the recent prescription being too strong. Went elsewhere & got it adjusted.

Big thanks for Taylor's help. She helped me pick out my perfect pair of glasses. She knew instantly which pairs would look especially good on me. She also encouraged me to try on several pairs just in case. I am so excited to pick up my pair when they are finished. She also explained to me that I would have a weeks time to adjust to my new prescription. My prescription has adjusted significantly so she said it may take a little bit of time. She was very professional and I can't wait until I can get my next pair from her.

This place is a bus station! My husband and I went to this company for eye appointments and purchased three pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, the prescriptions didn't work well for us--two pairs were practically unusable, and only one pair was somewhat okay. That alone was disappointing, but what followed was even worse. Over the past year, we've been bombarded with reminders for new appointments, despite unsubscribing several times to any of their attempts. In December they just set up an appointment for us and sending us constant reminders via email, text, and phone calls. The relentless communication became so frustrating that I had to call them directly to demand they remove us from their database. I sincerely hope that puts an end to the unwanted contact. Overall, between the poorly fitting prescriptions and the aggressive follow-up tactics, we're extremely dissatisfied and won't be returning.

I came with/for a family member, however I was late to getting inside (we were still on time though). Saw my family member in the waiting room & was confused to see that the front desk people hadn't given them the intake papers, instead they handed them to me for some reason but not my already checked-in family member who was waiting. We did the exams, went pretty well but a little hassled. Then to the back room for the appointment. Dr. Pham whizzed in. Was kind enough, however went fast over things. Didn't give us any answers; didn't really elaborate. Appointment felt like it was maybe 10min tops. Then we go outside to the front and see that all the front desk women (maybe 3-4) were standing around; looking bored and bitter (glaring us down but not working). The atmosphere felt stiff and toxic. Followed up with one of the front women who sped-talked us through things and verbally interrupted us multiple times. We were one of the only patients at that time yet it was like they were excited to get us out of there. Wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Pham was very nice and knows what he is doing. Fastest eye appointment and feel good about my prescription. Staff on the lens side was very friendly and helpful when getting new frames and lenses. Will definitely bring the rest of the family soon!
