Awesome and friendly people working there! Found this place for my partner on VSP. They explained the benefits very detail, and the contact lenses exam is fast and professional. A lot of newest generation frames are there. Also, fast email response.

Diem Herscovici, OD (Primary Provider) She is very rude and unethical . Consulted her for my son , who is 7 years old . Never seen such unethical medical professional in my life . Suggest everyone to be aware of this clinic and this doctor . Went for a general consultation for Vision , just to get the power prescription. She did not even bother to set the lens until it's visible and just gave the machine reading without any effort . She prescribed a 2 cylindrical and 2.5 cylindrical. The son would be blinded if we follow her procedure. She should be not allowed to continue such unethical practice. Beware and protect yourselves

We been for Vision test for my younger kid. Test was extensive and doc spent good amount of time for examining eyes. Folks in reception are very friendly and always pleasant in answering questions. As they couldn't complete test in 1st visit wevisited again with in a week. Overall they took care of my kid with care. I recommend this place for kids vision test.

Impatient optometrist. Bad digital retina imaging equipment (very bright visible light rather than infrared). I used their Inaccurate measurement result to make glasses, only to be made dizzy and wasted money.

I got a referral from the school district nurse for my kid to check his eyes with an ophthalmologist. Had an appointment with Dr. Derrick Choe, had a wonderful experience. The staff and nurse were friendly and professional. My kid got his glasses here.

This location is awesome. Specifically the manage Sarah, she is so amazing! She upkeeps exceptional service standards, on one occasion my contact lenses that I ordered to home got stolen in transit so she replaced them for me free or cost. Another time more recently my frames got damaged and they were within warranty.. however the frames were discontinued by the original manufacturer she went out of the way to find me a new pair of frames from another outlet. Sarah is a super star.. and that's an understatement, her exceptional service makes me keep wanting to get my glasses done here every year and recommend others as well to go to this location. I just picked up my new glasses from the Redmond Bella Vision to which I returned after I bought a pair from them 3 years ago. Once again I was very pleased with the service I received there as they went above and beyond my expectations to help me get what I wanted. I was looking for a specific brand and style of frame which they didn't have in the store at that time, but they graciously offered to contact the rep to obtain their product case and allow me to choose from among those possible options. I found a frame I liked, and I'm very happy with them.
