The Staff and the facilities are great hence giving two stars. On the pricing side they always ensure they bill your insurance to the maximum benefits they provide to you and then charge some extra amount and you end up paying out of your pockets as well. They charge very very very high prices for the mediocre quality frames and lens. I sincerely hope they take this feedback and stop charging insurance and the customers higher prices. 11/17 update: Really appreciate your quick response and clarification Sure, I missed this year and will surely visit next year and update my review as appropriate. I really really felt the lenses and frames at your facility were super expensive relative to other clinics.

I have been coming to this clinic for several years. Dr Wong is very thorough and attentive to detail during exams. He is patient, and listens to any concerns. I appreciate that he works with me to have the best prescription for my eyesight. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They have been also been helpful in getting the correct info to my insurance for payment.

Dr. Pian is amazing!. Going for eye check up for 11 years now. New facility is great and services, guidance and information about eye care is top notch. I really loved the discussion about volunteer work she does. We live far away but still will keep using services.

Dr. Pian is a great optometrist. The new office is great, and the team always provides great service. They are on time and give great recommendations on glasses. I received my follow-up call that my new glasses are available, one week after exams.

I have been going to Overlake Eye Designs for many years and in fact, moved out of the area, but still drive 2 hours to go back to them. They use a comprehensive set of tests to understand the overall health of my eyes and Dr. Wong always explains things very clearly, taking the time to answer all my questions. All the staff are super friendly, caring and accommodating. I also appreciate their wide selection of glasses and the staff's ability to find glasses that look good on me.

Dr Wong and his staff are wonderful every time I go for an appointment!! Dr. Tony Wong is nonpareil: he is an excellent optometrist, kind, careful, helpful, and smart. A friend recommended him 10-15 years ago, and I've been going to him since. Am always impressed not only with with him, but also his office staff. Can't recommend Overlake Eye Designs highly enough.
