I had my first visit today with Irene Koval for an eye exam. She is very genuine, humorous and kind. I was over the moon with my interaction with her and how attentive she was in making sure I had the right prescription, offered me different options for contact lenses. Highly recommend and will definitely bring my kiddos here in the future.

Dr. Irene Koval, OD, provided exceptional care to my husband Sergey at the very last moment before the clinic closed! He had a ruptured blood vessel in his eye, and she immediately examined the back of his eye to ensure it was not a clot or a deep hemorrhage. Her swift and precise diagnosis relieved us of immense stress! It was a Friday, and had she given a different diagnosis, we would have had to rush to a trauma center for further evaluation. Fortunately, Dr. Irene confirmed the condition and saved us from unnecessary worry. She is truly an outstanding specialist! Dr. Irene Koval's office staff is amazing! Evelyn, the Office Manager, was incredibly responsive, efficiently registering my husband as a new patient and fitting him into an already packed schedule when they were almost closed!!! Everybody at the Redmond Vision Clinic was kind, responsive and very knowledgeable. I am deeply moved by the compassion, dedication, and expertise of this clinic. Their warmth and commitment to patient care are extraordinary.

Tell your receptionist to learn how to speak to people. I am asking her to book the appointment and she's arguing about private pay

I'm very happy with my experience. I have not been in to the eye doctor in 10 years so I did not know what to expect. Dr. Wang was patient and very knowledgeable. She walked me though all of my questions and the process and was very friendly. After decades of 20/20 my vision has started to blur and night driving was an issue. The team helped me with my first part of glasses ever and the night driving glare has been reduced.

I had a very positive experience overall. Happy with my eye checkup and the glasses. Dr. Jennifer was really friendly, communicative, and answered all my concerns. Also, the staff member who made my eyeglasses was really great. Got my glasses ready in 1 week instead of 2 weeks. The only con is long wait time to get an appointment. Also, the receptionist is little hard to talk with and book an appointment. The overall process was very professional. Liked my experience and would be visiting for a future check-up.

This place goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. The eye exams are always on time and thorough. The eye doctor is amazing and super sweet. Jakob is the guy who helps you pick your frames and he really knows what will fit your face the best. He is super nice and a pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough great things about this place. Been a client here now for close to 10 years.
