Dr. Matthew Bell gave an exceptional contact exam. He was funny and easy to talk to. He pulled out magnifying glasses, reading glasses, different sized prints, hand-drew diagrams; explaining everything along the way. I left with renewed hope and feeling beyond pleased. I had 6 months of issues at another clinic trying to get help with the headaches from contacts that were too strong. I had been going there for years, but decided to try somewhere else. One exam here and I got my eyes back. I still had some minor headaches so I followed up and saw Dr. E Bell. (Followups on your exam are free for 90 days.) I wish I was scheduled with the same doc for consistency, but I ultimately was not disappointed. She addressed every single one of my myriad concerns and gave me more trial contacts - this time multifocal. Both doctors were very informative and knowledgeable. Dr. E Bell moves quicker so it might seem rushed, but she did still answer all of my questions and listened to me very well. I tried to offer to pay for the follow-up, but she refused. The front desk staff may not be the most overtly friendly, but the Doctor's help I received far outweighs anything else.

We have always had exceptional care from Dr M Bell - he is quick but thorough and my kids both enjoy his jovial manner. My daughter got her first glasses prescription here in grade 2 and Dr Bell helped her very easily transition to contacts last year in grade 8. Straightforward, easy eye care.

My daughters and I have all gone to this office for several years. Both Dr Bells are great at their jobs and very personable. Dr Matthew Bell identified a lesion in my daughter's eye that could have been very serious and referred her to a local specialist. Grateful to his quick identification of this. They have had some turnover on the administrative side and possible some growing pains. Prices for exams have increased as they aren't preferred providers under our VSP plan; I still think they are worth it.

Everyone in the family has received exam from both Drs. Bell. We have had fantastic experiences with them and their staff every time.

My experience with this office was terrible. While circumstantially I understand my situation and efforts it required to get here mean little to their operation of business, I do not feel as though being ten minutes late for an appointment should cause them to completely dismiss my request to be seen. Poor customer service. As I was a new customer, I will not be returning or using their services.

Easy to schedule, very professional, & they have excellent range of contact types & prescriptions in stock for contact lens fittings.

Very good exam, great suggestions for eye care and resources for frames. Will continue to see this team for my eye health

The receptionist was horrible. She doesn't even know what she is doing. Very unorganized doesn't know what to prioritize. I don't understand why the doctor hired her.
