Highland Vision Clinic

I've been seeing doctors at Highland Vision Clinic for over 20 years and I've never had a bad experience. I've always gone in for yearly exams, but when I had a concern they got me in the same day. All of the people in their office are professional and friendly. I don't ever plan to go anywhere else.

Had to find a new vision services provider due to a change in my insurance coverage. Googled for nearby vision clinics that accepted my new insurance and this one was closest to my home so decided to give them a try. Went in a couple of weeks ago for my first exam and new glasses. Every contact with them and step in the process went seamlessly. No glitches or problems at all. As other reviewers have stated a very competent and professionally run office. Besides professional competence everyone I interacted with, including front office staff and the optometrist, had great communication skills and respectful manners which is very important to me as a consumer. Very satisfied with their services. I will continue to go back to this clinic in the future for all of my vision service needs.

I am very happy with the quality of care and my overall experience at Highland Vision Clinic. I've been going there for over twenty years and highly recommend them to friends and family. I also like that they have a partner that provides glasses in their office. Making glasses is a bit of art as well as science, especially with progressive lenses, and I've always been very happy with my all purpose glasses and the specialty versions they've created e.g. for working on the computer.

I have been going to this place for so long, front desk are not very informative. I would be great if a customer call and ask if I have eye exam appointment and they say no, they will ask me if I want to make appointment, it will be convenient for us being a customer to inform us that my lenses and my frame are not eligible after this date so that I can make appointment to the time i am eligible for both eye exam and materials. It's sucks that I have to come back for the material.

I've been seeing Dr. Otto for many years and he has been a wonderful provider. I also get all my glasses from the clinic as their recommendations and selection are fantastic.

I have been going to Dr. Otto for most of my adult life and feel he listens, advises and thoroughly understands my needs. This is a wonderful clinic for your vision needs.

I truly appreciate this team, I never wait long for an appointment, and the care they give is both kind and efficient in both time and manner. Questions are taken seriously and answered thoroughly, I highly recommend them for all eye examination needs.

Dr. Otto is an outstanding optometrist, caring, attention to detail and kind. Our family is so blessed to have him as our optometrist. Thank you so much for your service.
