Dr. Elizabeth Bell provided excellent service to me today. The entire experience was better than I had expected. Dr. Bell was happy to slow down for me when needed. She explained clearly all of the things I need to know about my eyes and prescription. Dr Bell took extra time to explain to me why it might be a bad idea to order glasses online, but then told me how to get around those issues. Now I can have those cute crazy styles but still have exactly the right lenses. She was happy to write separate prescriptions for different kinds of glasses, no extra charge.

I was amazed at how thorough Dr. Elizabeth Bell's examination was and how much detail with which she answered my many questions. I was a military pilot for my career and had annual eye exams performed by military ophthalmologists and Dr. Bell's was at least equivalent to those exams. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Elizabeth Bell gives the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Going above and beyond, she worked with me to get prescriptions for both
reading at EXACTLY 15 inches and watching TV at EXACTLY 9 feet. I wore hard contacts for decades and got accustomed to perfect vision corrections. Finding someone who could accommodate my pretty specific needs was so lucky. I can't recommend her highly enough.

The eye prescription they provided had the wrong Axis value. Since I ordered the glasses from an online manufacturer, I have to spend time boxing, shipping the glasses for exchange and about 2 weeks waiting for the optometrist availability to re-exam my eyes. I was very fortunate that the manufacturer is willing to make another pair for free, I only had to pay for return shipping.

I really like these people. The front, they are the nicest ladies. Not even only to me, but watching them w this older lady warmed my heart so much I'm leaving a review. The Dr, totally charming and personable and I learned a few things. For the price I thought I'd be rushed and I've only been to a couple eye exams, but that is not the case here. I really like this place. I'm sending everybody I know. Also, cleeeean. It's spotless.
