I went to Dr. Farris for an eye exam. I was given a prescription for glasses and contacts. I was unable to read with the contact prescription. I contacted his office trying to have it corrected with no results. I made an appointment to see him again to correct the problem. He had made a mistake in my prescription and gave me a corrected one. He told me he wasn't charging me for the visit and returned my check. Recently, received a bill from his office for the visit. I called the office and told the staff what had happened and they continued to say that I owe them after Dr. Faris had said I didn't. The receptionist was the one who begrudgingly returned my check at the visit. I will not be going back. Dr. Faris needs to take a serious look at his staff, he is losing customers because of them.
