I have been bringing my Daughter to this Eye Dr. office for over 4 years now. They accept her insurance and we like the eye doctor we see and the tech that does the checks they are awesome. The dr we saw helped us get her eyes fixed and we really appreciate that very much. I figure they charge around $400 and we have to pay cash for the transition lenses. so around $500 a visit. The ladies at the front desk the last two times we have been there to pick up glasses have refused to give us a school slip or one even saying that my daughter was there at all. They flat out refused. She leaves for school at 7:30 am and arrives home at 5:30 pm. My wife and I both work and we usually work on Saturdays either with our business or at our farm. I was told by the lady at the check out counter that" they absolutely would not write a note since they were open on fridays late and Saturdays." Such a small thing it seems to me to help a loyal customer. I should not have let it get to me but such a small thing that would have helped me.... Just sat wrong with me all the way home.(Which is an hour depending on traffic) I like the Doctors and they work with the insurance my Daughter has.It is just frustrating and I felt my frustrations should be heard. I like the Dr office in general and the tech and ladies that I deal with. It is just the one thing that they need to figure out a solution to. I hope this helps someone else.

First time going. They handled the covid stuff excellently. The staff was helpful the first time I called. Continued to be friendly and helpful thru the whole process. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of lenses to choose from. Glad I tried them
