Dr. Mark E. Promersberger, MD

I have nothing but good reports to give Dr. P and staff. It does take a long time to get through an appointment but for the results, I am glad to do so. My cataract surgeries went better than expected. An "expert" in Baltimore never thought my eyes would be this good and I expected to wear eyeglasses the rest of my life. NOPE! No eyeglasses needed! Just as Dr. P predicted. He is a great doctor and also a very personable one. Really nice, really talented.

I had a biopsy performed by Dr. Nazari on my eye on 6/19, waited for the doctor to call to discuss my results and a plan of action on how to treat the inflammation. By 7/9, still no call. I called the office and the phone just kept ringing. I called back, and again, the phone just kept ringing, FINALLY, a woman answers with "helllooooooooo". When I asked if that's how she answers the phone, she said "yes". I received a call back from Dr. Nazari the next day stating the results were just styes and I was to use the ointment they prescribed at my first appointment. An ointment was NEVER prescribed to me at my first appointment because an examination and a biopsy had to be performed to determine what was actually wrong with my eyes. If a prescription was written up, it was never communicated to me by his staff. I'm extremely disappointed with how my visits were handled, especially when I've heard nothing but good praise about Dr. Promersberger. I think the issue is the staff.

Dr. Mark is the best doctor I met, but all the support staff are so professional; it's a clean and charming facility to visit. Waiting to have my cataract surgery soon. I am so pleased with my initial visit. Must be recommended for anyone.

This doctor doesn't get enough credit I have been suffering with keratitis in my eye and having a really rough time, I was previously going to a different doctor and wanted a 2nd opinion. He sat down and explained everything to me, he was so very pleasant and nice. I would recommend anyone to him, also his staff is a 5+ stars! Amazing!

Dr. Quam is by far the worst eye Dr. his beside manner is a joke! He never spoke to my grandmother as he walked in the room. As a matter of fact , he totally ignored her. He came in and read the chart in a monotone voice. Once the eye exam started, he was very short and rude with her. She isn't good with coordination so he kept telling her she wasn't listening to him. Then when she refused eye surgery he yelled.... YELLED at her! This is totally unacceptable I hope and pray he learns and develops morals, respect and compassion for people. As for my grandmother, she won't be returning.

From the very moment I met Dr. Pomersberger he was by far the nicest Dr I ever met. He did my mother's, my grandmother's, my grandfather's, my great aunt's cataract removals and just this past October, he did mine. I recommend him for anyone who needs him.

My 4 yo daughter needed a follow up to a borderline vision test at her pediatrician. Dr. Mark was very relaxed and good with her. The office is very clean and professional. The rooms are very clean and almost homey. I recommend this dr highly.

Boy, what a wonderful experience, with a knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff. He has worked wonders with an eye problem that I have been dealing with for several month's . I would highly recommend his practice to anyone who is in need of an excellent doctor.
