I had a great experience at my eye doctor's office. James was incredibly patient and took the time to help me find the right contact lenses for my needs. He listened to my past experiences, explained everything clearly during the exam, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He was friendly, kind, and very personable. Dr. Z was also wonderful. The entire visit felt professional, smooth, and genuinely caring.

**Update!** Received my new prescription and its great! Shout out to Christy, who assited me in a very timely and proficient manner, customer service at it finest! Thanks Cristy! __________________________________ 1st time visiting this MyEyeDr location and it was great! The staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. My precious experience at the Valley Mall location was horrible (Dec 2025), necessitating this visit to the Spring Mills location only weeks later! I had a concern about a change to my vision, prayed about it and was guided to this location. And, I am so thankful that I followed my feeling, as Dr.Kidwai is awesome! He has a very pleasant demeanor, was very thorough with my "re-exam", provided me with a detailed explanation of my issue, which put me at ease. And ... my prescription was corrected, to one that better meets my needs (**the one that I received in Dec actually made my vision worse!). This location is further from my home, but it was well worth the longer drive. Thank you Dr. Kidwai and staff, keep up the good work!

Brittany was on top of making sure I understood what the appointment would involve and let me know what my insurance covered. The doctor as always was great answered my questions and made sure both my son and I were happy with our visit. And finally Katelyn worked hard to save me money on our glasses and contact orders everyone was very polite. Been going here for years and love everyone that works here. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

I'd like to first say that the staff seemed very nice. I'd also like to share my feedback. Prior to going to school and changing directions, I was a certified ophthalmic tech and optician for 10 years. I made an appointment online. I was told when I got there that because I didnt confirm my appointment they were "adding me on". Turns out the staff were calling an outdated phone number i used at another location in 2019. I'm curious as to why no reached out via email to confirm, so, my appointment was delayed. I had no idea the appointment would be a virtual visit and I would have to see 3 people: tech, refractory person who's credentials unknown and not explained to me, and a doc who "got on the call" 8 minutes later. The doc gets on, doesn't say much about my actual eye health, or my even say anything about my pressures and what they even were. The 1st recommendation was to buy better progressives for my headaches and computer work. Fine, I get that, and typically always "buy up" when it comes to my Eyewear, I just felt like it was more sales focused than an actual eye exam and refraction. I love moving medicine forward and using technology to increase patient throughput, but here are my final thoughts: 1. Office work flows for patient appointments have to align with the exam technology. Virtual eye exams are great, if patients are told up front the visit will be virtual, and what to expect. 3. A telemed operation should be utilizing emails addresses to confirm appointments, not calling. Thank you

Today was to be my third or fourth annual appointment here. It has been a decent place, if one ignores constant reminders to get bifocals(I don't have any instances where I can't see all year) and an order in 2024 taking months to receive---I never once complained. Just kept calling until it was fixed. My issues began today. We usually try to work appointments so one of us is with the children in the car while the other is inside. In 2024, it is exactly what we did at this location. Today, though, it was impossible to accommodate us. Instead, the doctor needed to be okay with it and, as stated by staff, the wrong doctor was asked. I realize their business model is to be staging a patient while another is seen by the doctor. I realize some people will read this and blame me for the lack of planning, but see...this worked just fine last year, no one complained, nor did anyone offer a better way to schedule it. I also had no issue waiting longer nor did I care if my appointment was rescheduled, though definitely an inconvenience. But to not work with us at all, or show no concern for others in their office when told our kids were sick is just crazy to me---if you have a compromised immune system, I suggest you stay away. We will find a different office and drive further, because basic human decency matters.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Humza Kidwai recently. He was very thorough with his examination and took the time to explain my results and answer any questions. Highly recommend Dr. Kidwai and will be returning to him next year!

Well, I sometimes complain but not this time. Nate at Spring Mills, WV MYEYEDOCTOR worked on my eye glasses replacing a screw that had had the head chewed up. It seemed they were unfixable. Nate called the next morning and said my glasses were repaired and ready to be picked up. So I went in to get them. How much I asked. No charge was the reply! Talk about some terrific customer service! Customer service is almost unheard anymore, but not at MYEYEDOCTOR! Thank you to all the folk at MYEYEDOCTOR. Please continue outstanding customer appreciation and service. Thank you!

I wanna write this review and say how amazing Amanda treated me. She made me so comfortable and helped me so much, i've never had such an amazing experience at an Myeyedr before. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile on my face and feeling confident I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She deserves a raise!!
