I had the best experience by far with Dr. Troy. The office is very nice and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk lady. She was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Troy was very patient and understanding unlike the other places I've been to prior. He explained everything to me and provided so much knowledge to help me make my final decision about my astigmatism. I'm so glad I found this place and definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new eye doc

This Doctor was able to use all of his tech and expertise to diagnose a serious Neurological disease I had after only one visit. I had seen dozens of Doctors spanning 15 years. His attention to detail is unmatched. The staff there are perfection! His Character and Kindness I haven't experienced with any other eye doctor. Dr.Troy is a person of excellence I cant put into words how incredibly Blessed I feel to have found Martinsburg Family Eye Care!

Dr Troy is GREAT great exams HOWEVER THE PERSON WHO IS THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE " WORST " RUDE SOUNDS LIKE SHE DOES NOT CARE. WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU WHEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I really do not want to change Drs BUT looks like I may need to. My wife was also treated the same with this receptionist

They do not answer calls. Even their call center says they are in the office. I have tried multiple times to get someone to answer a question about my prescription. I have been emailing and calling for way over a month. I have now contacted my insurance company for another doctor in the area and will be going somewhere else.

Dr. Troy is great. He still has at least one rude person working for him. I switched to a new doctor. I am not going to pay good money to be treated poorly. I called out of courtesy to cancel a future appointment (2 months out). It was kind of funny when she asked me why I was cancelling because it seemed obvious based on how badly the call went. That was reason enough!

All I did was call about getting my daughter in as a new patient and the woman receptionist who I spoke to was extremely rude. Speaking to me like I was a child and could not comprehend a simple question.

Dr Troy is the very best. I used to go to the big chain eyecare places and none of them had his expertise, his attention to detail and bedside manner.
