I have a little bit of a complex medical history. Doctor is thorough, polite, and very responsive to my questions and concerns. It was easy to get scheduled and was seen promptly at my appointment time when I arrived in the office. Office and facilities are clean neat. Overall very pleased with the level of care and customer service I've received here over the last three years.

My wife and I went here do to not being happy with many of the other places that we have tried. We either had an optometrist that we liked or the glasses were great but not both at the same time. Dr Kemidi was very nice and he was extremely detail oriented. He performed what was likely the most complete eye exam that we have ever had and brought up items about our eyes that needed to be addressed, but, nobody else has mentioned before. The rest of the practice was just as neat and clean as the exam rooms and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We placed the order for our frames and our glasses arrived for pick up in 10 days. The glasses are correct for our eyes with little adjustment. All of the above items play into the satisfaction for me, especially after having less than satisfactory results elsewhere. Dr. Kemidi is wonderful but the current receptionist is extremely rude on the phone and in person. She seems too bothered to schedule future appointments while I was in the office. It's a shame and has made me want to find a new eye doctor.

The doctors are attentive to your individual needs and the ladies helped me budget for my current financial situation so I could still get my contacts/ glasses done. They are awesome and I will always recommend them

The elderly red head that works the front desk is rude and expected me to leave my kids in the car by themselves. I'll be looking for a new practice. This isnt my first time dealing with a rude employee of theirs. The doctors are nice and professional just not the people they hire.

Was a new patient here a few years ago and had a wonderful experience with my visit. They were prompt, easy to get along with, and on top of that everyone had a great attitude! I came in today 3/21/25 because my lense popped out of the frame and had to go in to have them fixed. The team was amazing! Took me right in and got Molly to assist me. Molly was absolutely fantastic and got my glasses all taken care of for me. Couldn't have possibly asked for better service. Thank you to vision 2020 and the entire team! Keep up the great work!

Wow! After the horrible experiences I've had over the years with My Eye Doctor, I finally switched. I was a brand new patient this morning and it was so quick and efficient. I got checked in, pre tests done, eye exam, new contacts, contacts ordered and paid all within 30 minutes. Quickest appointment every. No hidden costs, not trying to upsell me on everything, gave options, clear pricing on contacts. Amazing! And everyone was so sweet and professional!
