Stay away from here for glasses! They were told that the glasses had to be received with in a week and they assured us it was 5-7 days as it involved a person being able to work or not work. Glasses ordered on 2/12 MAY be there on 2/24. They have now caused 2 days of no pay and they had ZERO concern on the phone.

Dr. Keller was very professional. This is the best pair of glasses that I've had in years. The prescription is spot on. The only thing I can say is a little young lady that does the glasses she's kind of snippy. I don't care too much for her. I had a pair of flexon glasses that I've had for some time and she argued with me that they couldn't reuse my old frames. There was nothing wrong with them. They were kept in my dresser drawer out of the heat. All they needed was new nose pads. She put new nose pads on them. They put my new lenses in them and they are perfect. Emily Keller should be given. Kudos because she is very polite and double check to make sure that you're satisfied.

I had a pair of frames fail after just over a year of use (outside the warranty). I bought a matching pair of frames (online) to transfer my current lenses into until I can get my exam and new insurance kicks in. I went in and asked for help w/ a lense swap and Tonja was so kind and swapped them out/ adjusted the glasses free of charge. The team at MyEyeDr on Foxcroft do a wonderful job!

I have been going to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. The receptionists, the ladies at the glasses counter, and Dr. Guzik have always been professional, thorough, and have taken great care of my family. We appreciate them tremendously!

Everyone was very professional. Dr. Keller was very kind and took her time with me. Faith was very sweet helping me pick out glasses and sunglasses. It was nice to have someone give an honest opinion and help find exactly what looked best on me! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an eye exam and glasses!

*Prejudice/ stereotype* I went to this location a few weeks ago They called to reschedule my appointment after scheduling it online. No problem. I get that kids may not cooperate to get an eye exam. They strongly urged me to visit a specialist. I didn't feel comfortable leaving without some kind of resolution or relief for my child. The doctor suggested over counter eye drops which I was already using. We walk to the front. The doctor asks the receptionist to gather the referral information the receptionist makes the assumption. I have government assistance (Medicaid) starts talking about the referral for that program. The doctor had to correct her. Let me tell you the doctor really and truly saved her in that moment. I do not tolerate prejudice or stereotypes. You checked me in earlier you saw the insurance I gave you. Do better.

I'm a vet and was outsourced here over 4 years ago. I have always been pleased by the service but I'm must admit I'm super impressed by the receptionist. The woman is efficient yet effective. I've set and listen to her on the phone and she consistently goes above and beyond. I'm happy with the quality of service provided by MyEyeDr. Thanks.

Dr landis did a complete exam and took his time to make sure my vision for mew eye glasses was right l Had problems with the glasses that were fitted for me by another girl I bought them back and spoke about the issue to Faith who was attentive to have the glasses fit correctly and rectified the o9lproblem I with the other glasses i had. she was friendly helpful and courteous. Great personality and pays attention to detail. Great customer service
