Worst experience ever. The last time I purchased glasses I told myself I wouldn't go back, but they are local and I didn't want to drive to Hagerstown. This time I know I will never go back. My glasses came in messed up, I've waited nearly 2 months only to walk back in the door today and the glasses have yet to be sent off or touched. They were still even missing a nose pad. You can't fix these ridiculously bent up brand new glasses by hand, yet that is their fix. One glass is higher than the other and all they kept doing is manually making it worse. They are not eye professionals, rather they are salesman trying to make commission.
