Great experience at the Walmart Vision Center! They had the latest digital eye exam equipment instead of the old "better or worse" machine, which made the exam feel quicker and more accurate. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the visit. They also had a great selection of frames at really reasonable prices. I'd definitely recommend them.

My glasses broke while I was out and I stopped here because it was close. The woman working there told me she couldn't sell me frames because of HIPAA. She then proceeded to tell me why and gave some nonsensical excuse about the frames altering the prescription. What that has to do with privacy concerning my medical records is beyond me. Don't bother going here.

Leasa was the most helpful, professional person I have had getting new glasses. The manager Helen was just as helpful. I mentioned that I couldn't find the peanutbutter pretzels and she looked it up and went to the area to get for me.

Don't Waste Your Time Here!
You may have to spend a few dollars more, (or maybe not as in our case) but go instead to a reputable experienced optical store with a better known optician. My wife bought her first pair of glasses at this store, and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. They sold us one of their best eyeglass packages, (which was also more expensive), and have failed to stand by the product that they sold us. We have had to take them back several times to have them adjusted properly, and this last time, the man who adjusted them was just plain rude and extremely unprofessional. He obviously hasnt been trained to do the job as needed and we had to take the eyeglasses to another optician outside of WalMart to have them fixed properly. We should have just gone somewhere else to begin with that specializes in doing only eyeglasses.

Lady in there just kind of rude & act like she didn't want to help us, I knew it was gonna take like 45 min BUT IF YOU DONT LIKE JOB GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! YES MY HUSBAND IS ON DISABILITY & STATE INSURANCE!! HE WAS TOLD AFTER EYE SURGERY HIS GLASSES WOULD BE FREE, BUT WITH BIFOCAL I KNEW THERES A CHARGE! I DONT EXPECT FREE!! OK A ROUGH PRICE ? IF U DO ENOUGH WORK THERE INSTEAD TURNING PPL DOWN LIKE U FORCE US OUT..THEN U LOOSE FOR THE COMPANY!! I WENT TO AMERICA BEST IN HAGERSTOWN AND GOT 2 PAIRS BIFOCAL WITH HIS PRESCRIPTION FOR $99!! SEE HOW EASY TO GIVE ROUGH ESTIMATE!!

worst place ever, you go in to get a script filled automatically told your insurance wont cover it when you tell them to double check they tell you no its like they don't want to do any work, Missy is a horrible liar she is the one who wouldn't check the insurance, so when I said I wanted the script back and reached to grab it she yanked it from me then wanted to say I lunged at her which I didn't there's a big table in between us, her and her supervisor can keep saying false things all they want I have reached out to corporate and after I was falsely accused of lunging at her I did say some nasty things to them I wasn't proud of but don't accuse me of something I didn't do , I wouldn't recommend going to this vision center at all!!!!

Worst run place I have been to in awhile. Don't go! I called 2 times to confirm they took my insurance. They assured me they did. I drive 40 minutes to get there to find out they are out of network. The office was messy and very poorly run.
