Called to make an appointment for my son and was told we could not due to being a "no-show" for a previous appointment. I asked how that was possible as the only appointment we had scheduled was canceled by the office due to the doctor not being available that day. Turns out they marked us as a no-show for the canceled appointment, not sure how that works. I even saved the voicemail from when they called to cancel it. I asked to talk to someone else and was sent to the voicemail of someone named Clay who has yet to return my call. This was the last provider of ours in the Ascension network and we're not going back. It's no wonder all of their practitioners are leaving!
