Eyemart Express

Fantastic service! Brought my 11 yr old in for her first glasses and they were incredibly kind and helpful picking frames. Fastest I have even gotten the finished glasses too! We were told 1 hr till complete, we got a call 5 matter we left saying they were done! Absolutely love them!

I just learned about Eyemart Express and went in fully expecting to pay a crazy amount and I was expecting to have people trying to up sell things to me. Well I went in there just for the glasses and my prescription, in hand. I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door, they ran my insurance to see what might be covered (my insurance had lapsed at the time) and led me to a wonderful selection of glasses to pick from. I got a 2 for deal one had transition lenses and the other were prescription, dark glasses. I was in and out within 20 minutes and everything was ready to go by the end of the day. I will be returning for my husband's and sons glasses. It's really worth your time and money.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service and best prices for my very hard to fill prescription. Easy to work with and convenience with being able to apply my vision insurance to offer the best pricing on glasses that I've ever had in over 30 years! Definitely will drive the extra miles in the future. Very satisfied customer!

Just had to take a moment to talk about the fantastic customer service I received at Eyemart Express Oshkosh. I started out initially getting my eyes checked at Eyemart Express Appleton, and hoped to update my prescription sunglasses. Appleton was extremely busy, so I headed towards home when I saw Eyemart Express Oshkosh. I stopped in, and was seen immediately. I entertained some frame options, and ultimately was able to reuse my original frames. Morgan got me all dialed in with a new set of progressive bifocals, adjusted my frames and got me on my way. All this in a short amount of time. The whole experience was outstanding. Need your eyes checked, or need new glasses? Check them out, you won't be disappointed. It's going to be my go-to place for everything optical from now on. Keep up the good work!!!

I am recommending eyemart express to everyone I know. Love my glasses and the price is unbeatable, especially considering the 1 hr service. If you have one in your area there's no reason to go anywhere else.

I had a great experience. I was able to book an appointment online the same day. The appointment part was simple and quick. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. Morgan was the person who helped me pick out my frames. She quickly picked up the style I liked and went above and beyond and found frames for me that I ended up loving and I purchased those ones. This was my first time here, and I will definitely be staying here for my eye care needs!

Optometrist n eye exam was great. But this was my 2nd time there and I told the guy I wanted the same lenses as my last ones they made. Then he did everything n said they would be ready in a few hours and I questioned it because my last ones took a week and went there to get them n tried them on sitting at the table. My mistake I should of got up n walked around or looked outside but now my old ones broke so I put them on and couldn't wear them. They were blurry looking far so I called to take them back n did. The lady working on 12/5 at opening was rude and said I know you called. Then I was just looking at my transaction on my phone to make sure it went through and another crappy way of saying it won't post right away. Obviously I know that. I work in customer service and if I was like that I'd be talked to. Check your glasses good n walk around. Now without any glasses and have to call my insurance because I'm sure they refunded my out of pocket but not the insurance company. Eye exam was great but I wouldn't recommend. Must of been a change of people. When you say you want the same lenses it's not hard to look n put them in and even when I questioned them it was wrong. And the lady working.. It's not her money she was refunding so loose the attitude. I didn't come in with one but left with one.

Wonderful experience. I needed progressives done quick. They gave me the deal on two pairs. They were in fact done in under an hour.
