Had to have a mole removed from eyelid. It went smoothly no problems. But 3 weeks later it felt as if my eyeballs was being scratched to shreds. Because it was on weekend I went to walk-in. They told me to see surgeon who did it. Called that Monday right away. They REFUSED to see me. I explained several times it had something to do with the surgery I had. Still refused. I will not be returning to this office again

Unfortunately, had a bad experience at this clinic due to Dr. Larson. They did not do an eye exam, he briefly looked at my eyes and told me it was due to allergies which I explained I've never had in my life. When I asked for advice or if there was anything I could do to help my eyes I was told "to wait one year and it will confirm if you have allergies." After two months of continued issues with my eyes I went to another doctor for a second opinion. It was confirmed that I had an actual issue (not allergies) and needed a particular treatment for my eyes that wouldn't have been cured on its own. Really bummed that I had this experience as the facility itself is new and beautiful.

My husband and I both had an appointment and was with a "new" dr for us. She was the best asked questions and listened. I had 6 pairs yes 6 pairs of glasses that I brought in wasn't sure which ones were to close to what I should be wearing . They readed the prescriptions and helped me out. We didn't have time to order our glasses and they were understanding and are going back in the morning to order. Let us know what would be the best time. Friendly and affordable for families.

My husband and I had our yearly eye exams with Dr. Payant. He was very thorough, asked if we had any concerns and completed a complete eye exam. I have several eye issues which we also discussed. The staff was very friendly and willing to be of service. We are very happy with Northeast Vision.

1 star at best. Had an eye exam in January with ophthalmologist, she said "it looks like your prescription hasn't changed". I emailed the office to send me a copy of my prescription, they emailed back saying I don't have a finalized prescription. Not understanding how that can be possible since I had my yearly exam. I called and was told that would actually be a separate charge to have them do a refraction. Since when is that not part of the eye exam. I also asked at the last appointment about getting contact.They told me I needed an appointment to get fitted, because "a surgeon doesn't do that". When I asked what the cost of that appointment would be, I was told " I don't know". That would have been a great time for her to say, "but let me ask", that didn't happen. She told me to call billing. I did call billing and found the cost would be $40, $60 or $80 depending on the contacts. Not great patient service, I have no doubt I can find a better option. I cancelled all further appointments. Do not recommend.

I have always had excellent service here. My son requires severe vision correction and before coming here we would drive to Milwaukee for a specialist. Since making the change, appointments are simple to schedule and the service and attention is excellent. I have become a patient myself, I have referred my parents who recently moved to the area. As a private nurse I have also referred patients here. I have never ever had an issue with scheduling like I've read on other reviews.... but I am willing to adjust my own schedule sometimes to accommodate openings but usually don't need to. Dr Payant is excellent with all ages.

Had recent appointments for our family, had a great experience across the board. From the front desk, to Alison and Dr. Jessica and then with Elijah at the end who was really patient while we figured out our best options. Kudos! Thanks much :)

I had an eye exam in the first quarter of 20 23 picked out frames and no one sized them to my face. Then they put in lenses that were horrible had to redo them when I picked up the glasses again no one adjusted them they just handed them to me.. Do not go there if you want frames, fitted to your face and good customer service it's the absolute worst eyecare I have ever received! Basically, I do not wear those glasses. They were a waste of money.!
